| Higher vocational education aims to provide talented people who have practical knowledge. techniques and skills to serve in the front line of production, management,and service. Our school is actively exploning a new path to reach the target, which reelects our own educationalfeatures. We are cooperating with industries so we can offer students chances of having practical skill trainings in our industrial partner's workshops. By now, we have entered into joint-effort agreements with China Haitian Group. Minth Enterprise and Ningbo Shuangling Group etc. we also invite leaders and managers in deferent enterprises to be members of our consultation committee and asked them to help us with the design of educational plans and educational plans and tailor-make the needed talents in the job market, as a result, we have consecutively boasted an employment rate of 99% for our graduates in recent years. | |||

The recent situation is that technicians are urgently needed in manufacturing and moderm service sectors in Ningbo while students with skills in Western China are striving hard to get a job vacandy. To ease the urgency, since 2004, we have been cooperating with these schools .  Up to now, under the guide of our college , over 200 students from that area have successfully found their position in Ningbo. The above-mentioned schools include Guizhou Communication Vocational and Technological College, Xinjiang Agricultural Vocational and Technological College , Xi' an Aerospace Staff Un iversity and Ningxia Vocational College .In addition, Dagang Vocational and Technical Education Group has built long-term cooperative relationship with more than 40 educational institutions such as Ningbo Vocational Education Center and Wenling Polytechnic .They have tried to build up the inter-regional talents introduction system and the new cultivation mode of "2+1" and "3+2" ,they have constanyly supplied the community with high quality talented manpower in recent years. The State Ministry of Education is hosting the patnership-building ceremony for colleges in coastal cuties and inland cities. |

 With skilled staff and complete facility , the school have been carrying out traning coures for enterprises in Beilun. For years , the college have seen more than 4,000 company employees coming and going , mostly from Haitian Group , Baoxin Steel Co., Ningbo Beilun internatinal Container Terminals Ltd Company(Group) itd., Geely Automobile Co. and hotels around Beilun . Meanwhile , skill training has been provided to over 500 farmer in Beilun who have lost their land, and this emables them to make a living and live a better life. |
